We only get paid if we save you money. That is how our auditing and billing review services work. You may or may not need additional services such as W.E.M. Software, and even if you need SaaS, you do not need exorbitant monthly fees for program management. With the DPT model, once you are set up correctly, you are off and running with little or no monthly fee which you can opt out of if you think you've got it.

We will come and sit with your designated point person and clean up your wireless and wired assets, then show him/her how to stay ahead of the curve. The training can be completed in a matter of days and can also be done with virtual sessions. We then offer continued email and phone support for as long as they need it.

Sometimes you get into a quandary with a telco provider and need outside help. We can step in and manage that particular issue, which usually involves a billing credit or dispute which you probably do not have time to dive into, but we can.
